Have Avanti stopped offering advanced tickets on weekends?

I signed up for a ticket alert for the weekend of 15th January and received an email this morning saying advance tickets are now on sale, however when I look there are only off peak and anytime tickets showing.

Anyone know if there are likely to be cheaper advance tickets or is it worth just booking the off peak return? This is specifically on the London to Liverpool route.

Trains are busy at weekends so not a surprise they'd be scarce (but there are trains showing them on that day). Also Liverpool vs Brentford that day and probably expecting most fans to be on the 0904, 0957, 1053 from Euston and those look to have been priced accordingly. Same applies to 1847 and 1948 from Liverpool.

Hi, I go from Nuneaton to London Euston on Wednesday and Saturdays, on Saturdays my choice is the 06:59 from Nuneaton and the 17:07 Liverpool service to return. On the 15th January there is an advance on the 06:59 priced at £6.40 and on the amended 17:07, now departs at 16:56, priced at the normal £7.10. Both fares with my railcard. So Advance ticket are in the system.
This is the first Saturday after the amended service for 10 days between I think, 3rd to the 13th January with all services diverting via Northampton.
I think therefore that its more to do with the Liverpool v Brentford tie and no Advance tickets the previous Saturday as the cause. Maybe only a few were released for northbound services in the morning Avanti knowing that demand would be high.
