I doubt that the volumes of waste would be significant compared to the huge numbers of existing toilets in buildings.
You would be surprised how much waste is in the toilet tanks!
Those existing building owners pay to have their sewage removed, NR would have to pay extra at all the stations if it was dumped into the normal sewers.
The platform (and the other platform face) would have to be closed while the emptying takes place so that is 2 platforms closed, then there is the time it actually takes (how many termini can have 2 platforms closed for that long regularly) etc.
Then there are all the health and safety implications of having raw sewage accessible on the platforms, once the hoses are removed there is always some waste that leaks out, plus the implications if there is a spillage necessitating the platform being closed for even longer while it is cleaned up.

One thing that I was wondering (which I have mention in the OP) is whether or not the problem is related to specific routes, TOC's or rolling stock, or whether it is a more random occurance? Or is it a combination of all of these?
