Is there a NSW/Australia website that is similar to www.railforums.co.uk?
There's railpage:

Are there forums in other countries similar to Rail UK Forums?

Have had a quick look around, but everything I've found so far hasn't been as comprehensive or regularly used as these forums (eg lots of modeling and train number collecting, not much on questions about timetabling, general infrastructure, fares etc.

So, does anyone know of any extant non-UK general rail forums?

Edited to add links of active forums as provided by other posters below

Similar, but not in /en/: the often cited DSO=Drehscheibe-online, from Deutschland, in german. Holds on the best compared to this forum. Just as this one also quite often visited by well-informed staff working trains.
In /nl/ there are several different forums, each more specialised, all together nearly s comprehensive as this one.

The only thing that seems to exist nowadays is this:

This is a bus forum and is mainly for discussion about Australian buses. However it does quite a few threads about the railway. So although it is primarily a bus forum it is still used for discussion about railways and other modes too. So this is probably the closest you will find to an Australian railway forum.

I have always wondered what happened to the railpage forum. It used to be a very large and popular forum and then the site just went dead and it disappeared without explanation. It was really the only dedicated Australia railway forum and even had quite a bit of New Zealand railway discussion too. It is a shame it no longer exists.
