Had mine on Tuesday, anyone else had one, how do you think it went?

I had mine as well. I have a previous background in the rail industry and was looking to rejoin. I prepared well and thought I did really well and provided many excellent examples and have a lot of experience, particularly with competency based interviews and relevant work experience etc, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. It was mainly a lady asking me questions etc (won't say the name on here).

If I can be completely honest I think the way the interview was structured and handled was rather odd. I won't go into detail here, but will talk via private message.

If unsuccessful ask for feedback and see what that says. I did not agree with the feedback as I felt I presented and answered extremely well. May be wrong but my experience and gut feeling is that the person interviewing was lacking experience? Anyone else have a similar experience?

I have applied to another Toc and will be interesting to see if I get it. Will keep you updated.

I'm coming from a retail management background myself so I think I was strong on those aspects of the role, think my answer on decision making was good. But I'm rubbish at self analysis so I might have been awful and not know it!

I had a lady and a gentleman. Alternating questions though he did more of the followup and probing after I'd given an answer.

It was my second time interviewing for the same role with LM. I obviously didn't get it the first time and I think I did better this time.
