If someone wants to use the return portion in the evening peak, what kind of excess do they buy?

Given that no Anytime Return exists

If returning on a different day, two Anytime Day Singles.

If the outbound journey can be proven to have taken place when the Super Off-Peak Day Single is valid, then a Super Off-Peak Day Single plus an Anytime Day Single.
