I dont look at the rota as much as I should lol but its basically a couple of weeks early then a couple of weeks late. It progresses as well for almost most of it so 7 am then 8 am then maybe a bit later and shufles towards lates. But there is every so often a very abrupt change over the weekend so saturday you will finish on the last late turn. Then you get sunday ofd and then your on a super early on monday morning....and I despise it with passion lol.

As it was said before if you are going to do lates everyone in the depo on the same rest day pattern will rip your arm off to swap for earlies. I was at one point going to go permenant lates which would be agreed with the Booking on Point but you are not paid the extra hours you work. Early turns are considerably shorter than the late turns and over a year you would work about 150 extra hours without being paid for it. So I just choose to trade when its a fair mutual swap. The people I swap with regular quickly runs the weeks to swap by me and I say yes as I hate hate hate earlies.

Word will get round quick about what kind of a guard you are he he. One thing I find is I will always help out to cover a day etc if I can because there WILL be a time where your refused your day off and are buggered. We are a good bunch at Holyhead and we try to help each other out where we can.
