Hi.
Not much I can say about the tests. They are what they are. They certainly aren't as difficult as the revision material. The test is using letters. Just concentrate and you'll be fine I'm sure. If you passed the application form sift, I am sure you will have the conpetance to pass the test.
My advice for anyone would be to prepare well for the telephone interview. Get a good understanding of what the role entails, what good customer service means to you, a good knowwledge of the company, the route they sign and a background on the franchise. I'd spend some time looking on the companies website. other than selling yourself wel, other than doing your homework will help.
Thanks for the reply, I did the tests this morning and think I did quite well tbh, the letters are certainly easier than the shapes because for a start you dont have to 'give them a name,' I found myself giving the lower case ones the names that my kids did when in the infants at school as well to aid me.
On the general ability test the only 1 that stumped me a little was the 'next in the sequence' one, I think I got the right one though.
So now it's a wait to see if I get through to the telephone interview stage.
I reckon the nerves were only down to the fact it's taken me a few applications to actually get through the sift and onto the tests & the realisation that it may be a while before I get the opportunity again, it was a 1st for me in the respect of nerves as tests usually dont bother me at all.
