ATW Trainee conductor interview

Hello guys

This is my first post. I have the assessment/ interview next Wednesday and am very much looking forward to it (as well as being nervous).

I would just like to know if you any of you guys have had any experience with the trainee conductor assessment and interview?

If so, could you please tell me what type of questions I would expect in the interview?

Give people chance it is Saturday morning!!
The questions are usually scenario based.
Such as, what would you do in an emergency.
How would you calm an irate passenger, give an example when you have gone above and beyond to assist a customer. Etc.

Also what things do you know about the company and the routes that the company covers!!

Assessments will be standard conductor assessments a quick search on here will give u everything you need to know!
