ATW Lack of Information

I have to say that ATW have become much worse at providing information about extra services for Millennium Stadium events. They used to be quite good, but now you struggle to find proper information anywhere.

The website has been horrible since it was redesigned too.

I was in Trefforest on Thursday and listened to a conversation where the lack of extra trains for today was the topic. Hasn't done Arriva's reputation any good at all.

So who actually does fund these empty trains?

The stadium owners, the footie clubs? I would not be surprised if these footex trains are funded outside the business

Therein lies the flaw in your logic and therefore your argument. You've picked the one station that is unlikely to have any posters displaying information because it's the destination, rather than an origin. The return service is negligible because of the queuing system - you are unlikely to get a "scheduled" service, rather than being put onto the first train you can fit on.

Agreed, realised myself of course people would be travelling TO Cardiff.

There were extra trains, just that people didn't know about them !!!

and people would have made alternative arrangements, discussed with friends etc etc rather than turn up on the day and chance it.
