Hey guys

Got an email inviting me to Swansea for the assessment interview :)

However, it says that there is a group based exercise, work exercise and written exercise?

There was no practice material given so can anyone tell me what I can expect at the assessment?

Thanks

I had an assessment with Southern before, it was a basic customer service test rating the most appropriate answer and the least appropriate answer, then there was a ticket selling test working out the discount and the change and finally a concentration test allowing trains to depart if the correct sequence is verbally said. If you think it will help you, i'll give you the practice material I got?

Sounds like things have changed since I was there. All I can say is for the group activity try to get everyone involved and don't be shy, be vocal.
In the past you would do a dots/group bourdon style test, ticket selling tests, a test to assess your concentration, but these are things they provided example material to work through. It may be worth giving them a ring, the HR staff are friendly and having the initiative to ask can only be seen as good in my eyes.
