ATW Customer Service Advisor

Hi, I've just seen that ATW has a vacancy for a customer service advisor in Newport, it looks like a train dispatcher/customer service role. Does anyone know if this would be a good way in to becoming a train conductor and does the role attract shift enhancement or is it included in the salary, also what's the opportunity for overtime to boost the wages. Any information would be greatly received, thanks in advance
