Seems like most depots have advertised within the last year. Bare in mind that most of their adverts don't stay up very long and are hugely oversubscribed.

4 courses planned for 2017 - the first two of which start in January, although the people for those courses have already been picked. Beyond that, its hard to say I'm afraid, you'll just have to be patient. It's annoying, but you're better off than the thousands who got rejection letters!

Thanks, yea I do know how difficult it is that was my 15th attempt so I do understand. The conductor I was talking to said something similar to you. Are you a conductor mate?

Yup, at ATW. When ATW put me in their talent pool there's was the 4th I was put in simultaneously so i was pretty frustrated too! But luckily it worked out alright for me and hopefully it will for you too.

I had to keep on to them A LOT. I was in a talent pool for a year. Then when they advertised for Holyhead again I asked them if that was my position as I have been told to wait for the next available position. They had forgotten about me!

Just keep giving them polite emails once every few months to ask about any new news and that you would like to be kept informed. Thats what I did anyway. Got there in the end!
