i have recently sat and passed assessments and interviewed for a toc but on the 22nd i have another assessment for a different toc should i tell them befor hand that i have passed and interviewed will it affect me in any way

I would call the second TOC to let them know that you've passed the assessments. If both TOC's assessment requirements are the same, then you should not have to take them a second time as the first test pass should count. I don't think it will affect your chances with the second TOC.
