Hi all I have an assessment with south eastern for a customer service assistant and have been sent practice material I answered the questions correctly.
I'm wondering how long the assessment normally lasts and also I understand there is a role play and as silly as the question sounds I'm wondering what form the role play might take and how long they normally last .
will I be told on the day if I have passed the assessment or later via email.
Also wondering if anybody else who has gone through the assessment already could give some advice about the role play part of it.
If I'm successful at the assessment what happens next all help appreciated.
