Despite thinking i'd fluffed it, I've gotten through the video interview for Train Manager for EMR and have been invited to the assessment day.

Am I right in thinking it's the SCAAT test I need to practice for this?

This is all it says in the email

The day will consist on some psychometric tests, group exercises and individual exercises;

Obviously I will be practicing my interview and NTS answers. Any other pearls of wisdom anyone may have for me would be massively appreciated :D
Thanks!

Thank you. I've printed pages to practice on, just have no idea what would be considered enough accurate lines?
Aiming for about half so will see how I get on.

Thank you :) Are you working as a TM yourself now? If so, how are you finding it?
