Hi Folks,

Is there an interview at the first assessment date??

Trainee train driver. I've just came across the answer though. I didn't realise this, however I have plenty time. Do you know what kind of questions are asked in this initial interview? Job specific or about me and examples of when I did, this that and the next thing?

Is it Northern you are going for?

The only interview you would get is he structured interview at Assesment stage which is usually at second stage.
There are plenty threads and posts floating about with the questions on here.

Managers interview which Northern do first is a mixture of structured questions and a traditional interview questions etc etc

No it's scotrail..... Edinburgh to be specific. It's just nothing was mentioned in my confirmation E-Mail about an interview at the very first assessment centre? I obviously want to be prepared so wanted to make sure.
