Assessment centres for different roles

Hi

Does anyone know if the assessment process is the same for customer host positions and station based (ticket selling and dispatch) roles? I got through the customer host centre and have been in a talent pool for ages but have now applied for a station job and have the assessment centre next week. Any additional info would be gratefully appreciated. Many thanks.

It depends on which TOC you have applied to. Most have different rules,tests etc. Some will make you do tests again,some are valid for 3 years & some for 5 years.

Hi Mini.
The customer host pool is for the Penzance depot and the new station job is at St Austell. I put on my application this I was already in a talent pool and they invited me to the assessment day that is being held in Truro. I was wondering if the role plays etc. were likely to be similar for these sorts of roles?
