Good evening all
this is my first. Just a quick question in relation to an assessment centre i have coming up. The role i have applied for is Senior conductor with Cross country and basically i was just wondering what does the assessment centre entail? in particular in relation to the group exercise and the interview? Is the interview competency based? This is the first time i have applied, i am currently a Special with BTP and i am really nervous, but in a way looking forward to the assessment centre..
anyway's would really appreciate any help or guidance if possible
