Anyone have any tips for the MMI? What are they likely to ask/assess you on?

There’s loads of material on this site if you search for it. Essentially, can you keep calm under pressure, do you not give up easily, have you got the life experience that will make a good driver.

Always irks me that life experience question. I know many an oldie with plenty of life experience that shouldn't be let anywhere near a train.... however I also know plenty of youngsters that would thrive in the role.

I'd love to know what their definition of what suitable life experience is.
