Rail worker attacked at London Bridge station

A member of the rail staff at London Bridge station has been attacked by a passenger, in a seemingly unprovoked incident.

British Transport Police have released the footage, which shows a man vaulting the ticket barriers and hitting the attendant.

Victoria Hollins reports.

Nasty bit of work this.

Hope he gets caught.

There is a bit more about this on the BTP twitter feed, sounds like quite a shocking incident

This happened on 30th July. The wheels of justice move very slowly. Or, as they say, justice delayed is justice denied.

An awful event, but I agree that the appeal is a little late! Hopefully it is of some use, though.
