I was standing on the southbound platform at Arsenal station the other day and about every couple of minutes I could hear what distinclty sounded like Victoria Line 2009 stock in a tunnel close by.

I'll also mention that this wasn't just a case of sound travelling through the tunnel from Finsbury Park station as I didn't hear the 2009 stock (if that's what it was of course) slow down for the station stop.

Now I'm wondering how close are the Victoria Line tunnels to Arsenal station ?

Thanks for that. I suspect there's probably nothing more than a brick wall seperating the southbound Piccadilly Line track from the northbound Victoria Line track.
