Arriva Trains Wales Voyager Service

Ive been looking at the new timetables for next month and came across an interesting express service between Holyhead and Cardiff (05:32). Apparently this carries 1st class and a resturant service. Is this a voyager? (now that xc have hst's might free up some but I didn't think they were valid for use on Hereford line). Same for the 16:17 cardiff-holyhead.
