They'll likely ask you the usual stuff; relevant experience of customer service, working along and in a team, persuading somebody to change their opinion on something seems to be a favourite at the moment, dealing with an emergency, etc. Just have plenty of examples stacked up ready.

They may also ask what you know about the company and the job role, so do some homework.

Tomtom, just wait and see like everyone else will have to and answer the questions, this will give the company an honest opinion of your effort and knowledge.

Thank you for reply, so basically like the structured interview you have at the assessment centre. I have done a couple of them previously.

I have quite a few already, companies like northern ask those sort of questions in their application forms.
