Hey. I am currently in the pool for conductor but I also applied for a driver and got an email telling me I was unsuccessful in passing the initial sift and told me where I could improve.
So I assume they must send out emails to all unsuccessful applicants.

Hi, first time posting here!
I applied for trainee driver role TFW at Cardiff in February 2019. Apart from initial email acknowledging my application, I've heard nothing. My application is still showing as 'submitted'. I'm assuming my application was unsuccessful as it has been so long since applying and interviews have taken place, but was wondering if anyone received an email saying they were unsuccessful?
Would appreciated any info!

I got the unsuccessful email at the beginning of July for the Cardiff depot

May be worth dropping an e mail to ask.
There are one or two whose applications have gone missing on the system and I hear that Recruitment are really busy
I had an unsuccessful after phone interview e mail yesterday for Chester as did a few mates
One then got a mail saying there had been a mistake and he had been an error and he was through to interview
So it’s worth asking.

I’m due one shortly and if you could give me an idea of what you were asked and what sort of thing they were expecting?
