I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know what Class usually formed the York (?) to Scarborough via Malton ATN service in 2003?

Thanks, I just remembered last night that I went to Scarborough with my parents in 2003.

158's on the through services from Blackpool but it was often 'anything goes'

It was mostly Class 158s, but Class 156s (and occasionally Class 155s) could often be found working the same diagrams.

Also, the Scarborough - York / York - Scarborough shuttles were worked by Class 142s, Class 144s, Class 156s and Class 158s. I'm unsure as to whether Class 150/2s, Class 153s and Class 155s also worked the shuttles, but I'm pretty certain they would've done. :)

I thought it was actually quite fun around this time, because you never knew what was going to turn up!

I always wanted a 158 and for some reason it always seemed to be a 156! <(
