Hi all,

I have my final interview coming up next week and I'm just after a little help on what sort of things I'm likely to be asked.

I've been told that it's pretty much the same as the MMI interview but less intense and they ask you a few questions about the company. Does this sound about right?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

No experience of Arriva but my experience was that the DMI was much more intense than the MMI.
The 2 interviewers were nicer than pie to begin with and then switched into a good cop/bad cop routine and then were fine then did it again and kept trying to pick fault with any answer I gave and 1 was deliberately talking in an aggressive manner and talking over me. It's all an act to see how you react to pressure and I guess for the possibility of dealing with aggressive customers. He was convincing though, as I still think of him as an ar$ehole for that 45mins I had to endure!
I passed, all I can say is have confidence in the answers you give and don't let them try to sway you if they start picking at your responses. Don't get flustered if they try to be aggressive in their questioning or talk over you or cut you off as you're answering.
That's all I can advise as no doubt you'll have trawled this site and already have all the questions you're bound to be asked noted down.
You may not encounter managers like I did that day but incase you do at least you know it may happen.
All the best, hope you ace the interview!

Thanks mate fingers crossed, yes I passed VSE before this.

tips for VSE:
read instruction carefully, take your time when you practice the practice example for task 1 and task 2, task 3 there is no practice example but read instructions. don't panic, be relaxed and stay focused.

good luck.

I watched a video on YouTube regarding VSE which helped me prepare also I read somewhere here on the forum about task 2 and task 3 which gave an idea of what to Expect. Just practice the practice example on the day I did it more than 10 times to get it clear in my head. Use Bop it it will help with reaction time. Just remember dont panic stay calm and focused.

HI @J05h1 how did you get on with your DMI?
Also can you remember the type of questions they asked and and info about if it was similar to the MMI?
thanks
