Can anyone advise if they have either a geographical phone number or a direct email address I can use to lodge a complaint with Arriva NorthEast? The contact us form on their website is a complete waste of time.

Have you thought about writing directly to Head Office:

If it's bad, address it to the MD and write, rather then type, your letter as a handwritten letter tends to grab peoples attention more.

Sorry for the late reply, thanks. They have lost the route to GNE now so would appear complaints were heeded.
