Arriva 55 Query

Using the Arriva site, I have found Club 55 fares for Chester to Newport for this w/end, but it will not bring up the add-on to Bristol, even if I specify via Newport. Any thoughts?

Buy at the station? Web purchase of these fares has had a number of reported problems.

It brings up the £23 ticket (£21 with Railcard) for me but it's temperamental depending on what time is entered, if there is no suitable train in the hour you enter.
You seem to first need to know what times trains are running and then enter that as the time of your journey, together with the via Newport.
or as dzug2 says just buy at the station.
