Armstrong Powerhouse: Advice?

Hey

I used the Armstrong Powerhouse site to buy their new AP4 Newcastle to York scenario pack, I purchased it through paypal and put all the correct details in the site, it said on the site it would be delivered by download. I received two confirmation e-mails from them, both with no link or information on how to download the software. I went on the site and it said it had delivered it to me and that I had 'three downloads' remaining, I have contacted them on the e-mail address on the site and received no reply. Any advice or other problems?

It may be just a techincal problem, but am desperate to start driving that Grand Central HST!!!!!

Where it says you have 3 downloads remaining, click 'AP4: Newcastle to York Scenario Pack (Passenger)', this will then start the download.
