Training start date advertised states January 2025, I passed DMI in June with ARL for New Cross Gate depot, still waiting for start date. Hope they join up start dates in January with this Wilesden campaign.

There is a Jan course for Willesden, but I thought they would have offered those of you in the talent pool a choice? Next scheduled NXG course is April 25.

Got a rejection email this morning for this. Apparently due to my history of OPC testing. Which I don’t really understand as I’ve only completed them once before and I passed??
I got the same. My feeling is that it's two possibilities.
1) Although I've passed to the national standard, LO is enhanced so that could be it.
or
2) My psychometrics expire before the training course starts and there isn't time to organise them and do interviews, medical, etc.

My best advice for this test is always gear your answers towards safety as it always comes 1st. In most cases there will be two situations that stand out in that direction. However there will be one situation that stands out further and that is the situation they are looking for you to progress with. In order to do this though you have to be safety conscious to spot where there are safety elements in the situations and that’s also understanding the role and what the company is looking for.

Last round of DMIs (although for NXG) was 23, so that may give you an idea?Hey, has anyone in this group got to the DMI stage for November 2024? Does anyone know roughly how many people are being interviewed?

What I was asking was if anyone who has applied for the Willesden Junction role that came out in September 2024 has got through to the DMI interviews that are currently taking place this month. Just was trying to see how many people may have got through right to the end lol
