Are uk bus or coach drivers underpaid.

What do people think the average rate of pay should be for drivers.I know london is more because cost of living but lothian buses can pay £11.66 is that good. First glasgow get agency drivers £11-£13 a hour getting 50 hours a week plus £70 a week dig money.
