Are Seatfrog upgrades transferable?

Hi all,

Won a first class upgrade on Seatfrog only to find it was for the wrong train. Needlessto say, this is non-refundable through Seatfrog themselves, so I was just wondering whether anyone knows if it’s possible to transfer this to another person? If I can’t get a refund or resell this upgrade, I’d be willing to give it someone else who can use it.

Train tickets are transferrable, providing they are transferred in a wholly unused state; Seatfrog fares are no different.

@TicketGate. Keep a look out to see if the booked train actually runs. You should be eligible to a full refund (including the cost of the Seatfrog upgrade) if it's cancelled.
