From the Forum's own ticketing site, Off-Peak Day Returns and Off-Peak Returns are both still available for this journey, as are the Anytime versions of both tickets.

The Forum has https://tickets.railforums.co.uk/ which uses a slightly different algorithm, and tends to be a bit "smarter".

For completeness in case anyone Googles this thread with its generalised subject line, "open" returns are no longer available for journeys wholly within the Project Oval area (Bletchley and south thereof), but because that is single fare priced two Off Peak Day Singles are significantly cheaper than the former Off Peak Return was. This isn't however relevant to the original poster's journey where the original range of tickets remains available.

Alternatively, the forum's site has an option to show all tickets, so you can check out the range of fares available; sometimes it can be worth paying a little more than the cheapest fare, for extra flexibility.
