Are Northern cracks getting worse

Are Northern having issues with cracks on their trains again? I took this photo yesterday in Leeds and that looks quite bad, and I noticed yesterday a few cancellations because more trains than normal needing repairs.

I should add that I made a post yesterday but the photo didnt appear for some reason

195013 has been in service this morning, if RTT is correct it's just been taken out of use at Sheffield 'due to a problem with the train'.

I understand the TPE Mark 5s are grounded for crack inspections too.

Turns out it's a bit of masking tape and there's no crack at all.
