Are class 376s going to Blackfriars rare?

I was on a class 465 5 minutes ago and a 376 saying Blackfriars on the front came by. Is this rare?

The 376 is the allocated traction for 2Y95 Crayford - Blackfriars via Sidcup, booked as 5 car
