APT powercar at Neville Hill?

Only caught a quick glance but I am certain I spotted one of the APT powercars being shunted onto Neville Hill, around 0730 this morning. Any ideas whether it was and, if so, what it's doing there?

I can confirm it was 41001 - just out of the paint shop, and heading for the fueling point to have its fuel "cleaned" and a couple of leaks mended.

I don't think there are any plans for it to go mainline at the moment, it will be visiting preserved lines once complete AFAIK. Take a look at the Project Miller site - there'll be more details there
