Applying for Staff Leisure Card

I recently got a job with Virgin Trains, and I am filling out all of the relevant information.

When it comes to the travel forms, I only have forms to fill out if I have a partner/spouse or a dependant such as a child.

I am very, very new to this game, so I am unsure what I need to fill out as I am the only one who will have a leisure card. Do I only fill out the employee details on both of the documents?

I wasn't too sure where else to post this, and I saw there was a career sections on these here forums, so here I am!

Your Priv card should be issued automatically after 4 weeks service. After 12 months you can apply for the international FIP cards.

Thanks! I got the job in their Head Office, so I feel like the interviews will be a lot different for each role you apply for. Nevertheless, my interview was 2-stage.

The first stage was a video interview, which is the stage after your application was accepted. Once I got past the video interview, I was invited to the Crewe Recruitment Centre where the entire day was essentially an interview with a group of other candidates. They monitor you throughout the day. We did a letter, a group discussion, and if you succeeded in both of those, I made it to the second part of the day which was a telephone interview.
