i applied to scotrail back in october and iv been told that the job i have applied to is having a day on friday for its interviews. my status on the first group site is still "invited to take online tests". i was curious if i should just presume i havent been successful seeing as its so close to the interview stage without any news?

Sadly Barry this would probably be the case, I guess that at the application stage train companies would be fairly inundated with applications and it would take ages to send a courtesy "Sorry, not this time" email, even if they did use some sort of mass email system.

Still doesn't make it right though. Best of luck with future endeavours!

I don't wish to get your hopes up but they may have another round of interviews at a later date.
