Application advice please - Guard

Morning all

I have found a guard job local to me which I am going to apply for.

I need to write a personal statement to clearly demonstrate 9 skills/attributes the the person they are looking for.

Would the best way to go about this be to clearly write 9 paragraphs with a brief statement about what each individual skill means to me, with a example included? I think thats by far the most logical way to clearly hit each point. Or would they want to see a flowing statement with the 9 points covered.

I may be wrong, but I have always been told that being clear and concise as well as to the point would be the best option, they may have 1000s of these to read through, you don't want to bore them half way through. That said there is also the argument that someone who puts no effort into their application form clearly has little interest in the job, I think it's about striking a fine balance between the two.

Follow this format. In 3-4 paragraph, start by saying 'In my current/previous job I undertook tasks like (.....) Thus demonstrating high level skills of(.... )Nature.' And finally end with 'continuously striving to learn, develop and improve on these skills to help your individual and company growth.'
