Spesh - seems to me that you haven't done anything wrong here.....
You told SWT the truth and they failed to check correctly with whoever is responsible for maintaining the national database. Which is who? Where are these passes / fails "stored"?
What exactly is the declaration you have to sign? Does it only ask if you have failed the assessments within the last six months? Or did you have to declare you had previously "passed" part assessments with First?
This all seems to stem from the bizarre way that First Group undertake the assessments. Can't see how different TOC'S are allowed to run "standardised" tests any which way they choice.
