Is there an app I can download to my phone to read my ENCTS smartcard?

I've just had it checked on board it the reader was returning an NFC Error.

Assuming it's a standard ITSO card, one option is the Ecebs Smart Ticket Checker, available for both Android and Apple.

I have one called Smart Ticket Checker from e.cebs on my Samsung. I use it to check the newsagent has loaded my saveaway onto the metro card properly.
