Can anyone out there advise me how to get a 36 character API token from National Rail. I recently purchased a train departures mini-display from traindepartures.com. I have emailed Network Rail/National rail but they have been unable to help.
I've joined the Rail Data group but cannot find anything in regard to my request.
Has anyone out there bought one of these displays from traindepartures.com? Unfortunately no assistance from the seller of these displays.

Links to all the key feeds here: https://wiki.openraildata.com/index.php/About_the_National_Rail_Feeds

This is the feed you most likely want access to: https://realtime.nationalrail.co.uk/OpenLDBWSRegistration

Many thanks unfortunately the latter is the link Open LDBS Registration which I've been using but not getting Registration approved! Wonder if there is a back log?
There quite likely is a backlog. I've got a feeling they are also looking to move away from that whole delivery mechanism and get people using the feeds on Rail Data Marketplace. The problem if that's the case is that your board's software may be not be compatible with that API.

To be honest I think you need to take it up with the board's suppliers. If it's being sold as a finished product rather than a kit then it's really on them to help you get access to the APIs which make it work.
