Hey all

Had an assessment last week in swansea for a customer service job

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything? They said they'd let us know by Xmas so was thinking has anyone heard anything today?

Just seen an e-mail saying I was unsuccessful :( really gutted as I thougth I had impressed them, what do these guys want? it can be so frustrating!! spoilt my xmas now lol

anyone else heard anything?
