Anyone got any cool archive footage films?
I saw one the other day called the Lost Railways of the Forest of Dean that had a tonne of stuff i had not seen before... Living in the forest it was awesome to see it as it was. Anyone seen that one?

Providing you know what railway you have an interest in, YouTube has quite an amount of archive quality railway short video clips. I think the Cromford and High Peak Railway was one of these.

I'm a bit of a fan of the old RTC footage on YouTube of the APT-E and HST prototype from the 70's. Proper research footage, blokes with sideburns and leather patches on their sports jackets doing real vehicle dynamics tests with analogue kit.
