Any maintenance operatives with Raynauds (cold hands)

Hi,

Been applying for operative jobs at network rail for a while now and not yet been successful. I was wondering if there’s any current operatives or outdoor maintenance workers that have raynauds or suffer from cold hands ? How does this impact them doing the job ?
