Hello,
I planned to travel on today's 09:20 Leeds-South Elmsall train (booked arrival 09:49).
I saw at home that this train was cancelled, so I stayed home a bit longer, and have set out for the 10:20 (arr 10:49 hopefully).
Do people have an opinion on the specific issue of whether I need to be physically at the station for the hour, in order to claim under passengers charter or delay repay? Or can I be in the warm surroundings of home?
Also, can I be compelled to do the Moorthorpe to South Elmsall walk, which I don't fancy in this wind and rain?
