Any companies accept Borderline passes

After my confirmation earlier that in my assessment with C2C I only got a borderline pass on the Reactions (DTG), but good passes on GB, TRP 1 & 2, DFT and structured interview, I'm a little lost as where to head to next.

Does anyone know of any TOCs that accept a borderline (albeit in only one area) pass?

Hello F1, to be honest with all the practice material out there and the amount of candidates now passing the psychometric tests you will be lucky to get a TOC to accept a bordrline pass, however it is worth a try. There are no strict rules as such so apply for all the TOC's in your area quoting on your application you have already passed the psycometric testing and see what you get back!

I had a very extensive, long chat with both C2C and OPC in Watford.

It transpires that I'm not able to retake (any or all of) the tests for 6 months, but as I didn't fail any of them (only borderline DTG Reactions) my two lives are in tact. This may not be worth very much if the new tests come in later this year and everything gets reset anyway.

They did say that "numerous" TOCs accept borderline results, but this changes on a recruitment campaign by campaign basis. (Very, very interesting to know this!)

So for the next 6 months, I'm locked into my results but *might* apply and stumble into a TOC that accepts a borderline pass. After the 6 months, I'm free to do some / all / none of the tests again.

I got a borderline pass on the reactions test, and I still got through. Although I was an internal candidate so it may have been viewed differently.

I actually failed the 'practice' reaction test that you do before hand, and just scraped through by the skin of my teeth by the sound of things. Although I didn't find out the actual results until a few months later.

as everyone and there mum wants to jump straight in and be a train driver now they have had to find a way to cut down numbers even more.
