Sorry for the late reply, but just saw this topic with no answer.
Antwerpen-Haven is a service stop, i.e. the trains to there are only accessible for staff and personnel who work at Antwerpen-Noord shunting yard/signal box/workshops. Sometimes it's also used for special trains when open days are held. See the example below with a type 27 loco and 5 M6 coaches:
