Found this key around 20 years ago near slough in an area that used to have sidings. It was found around 6 inchs below ground while excavating for some fencing.Has anyone come across anything similar? I am guessing it may have been used as a tool because of the spanner shaped hole. It obviously didnt look like this when i unearthed it, it had to be cleaned.
