Hi All,

A friend of mine bought a London Euston (EUS) to Dublin Feryport (DFP) ticket on Sunday for travel yesterday as a back-up in case her flight was cancelled. Her flight did go in the end so she now has a spare EUS-DFP ticket. The guy who sold it to her told her she had 28 days for a refund minus £10 but she'd now prefer to give it to her friend to use to come and visit her.

Two questions:

1. Is the ticket transferrable? Presumably not but how would they enforce this?

2. I assume she's got the off-peak single (SVR?) EUS-DFP but the ticket would be dated yesterday. Can she change the date free of charge?

Thanks in advance for any information.

Cheers,

Gareth
